SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joi's Body Butter. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a refund once we receive the returned product. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective. In the case of a defective product, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
